Offerance Farm Terms & Conditions (T&C's)

THE CONTRACT

The contract is only effective once the transaction has been approved by the owner or a completed booking form and required payment has been received and written conformation has been sent to the ‘hirer’.

2. LIABILITIES

The property owners will not accept liability nor loss of any nature whatsoever suffered by any person from any cause whatsoever caused in connection with that occupation or attendance at that accommodation.

3. PAYMENT

For reservations made more than six weeks before a rental period starts, a deposit of £100 is payable. For bookings made less than six weeks before arrival, full payment is required on booking.

4. BALANCE OUTSTANDING

The deposit is non returnable. The total rental cost is payable not less that six weeks before the rental period start date. Failure to make full payment at the appropriate time may result in the cancellation of the booking and the forfeit of the deposit.
